This hotel was very clean, everything worked in the room, the staff were very nice and helpful and the price was right. I recommend it. The location is right off of I65 for quick access and traveling.
Nice rooms , staff especially front desk very friendly and helpful, very pet friendly and large Hotel owed area to walk pets.Breakfast and dinner free to guests, over all a great experience.
Had to stay in bham for surgery at UAB the staff here was so nice accommodating. The rooms was clean bed huge comfy towels everything you need we had.Location is perfect so many restaurants close by. 100% stay here if your in Bham / Homewood area
Very nice place to stay. Rooms were clean. I'm mainly writing this review to give a shout out to Octavia! I had made reservations for the wrong date, and she was quick to change it with no questions or hassle. She is amazing with customers and good customer service is hard to find these days. Give this lady a raise!
I needed to find a hotel for a night. Went to Sparks first and left there bad service. Mangager here was Very helpful and got a room. Room was good for the price. It was clean and more than enough room. Did not see anything wrong with the room. Also in a shopping district so very close to food and stores. Great service, Good room, and Good price. Couldn't ask for more.
Nice rooms, but we did not have a tub for the kids, only a stand up shower. Nice though. There was a sitting area with tv and then another TV where the two beds are. Also had a fridge and microwave.
Room 211. Decent enough room just needs a little cleaning. No freezer in the fridge. Very dirty floors. Breakfast was good.
I get a room here every time we visit my daughter in college. Always clean, friendly for the most part, breakfast, and close to the college!
